Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Elmer Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş. as data controller within the scope described below.

1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data (name-surname, contact details, company/title, request/support details, etc.) is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:

• Managing sales, licensing, and delivery of software products we are authorized to sell and/or distribute,

• Providing post-sales installation, training, consultancy, and technical support services,

• Customer relationship management, handling requests, complaints, and quotes,

• Fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, tax, etc.).

2. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to relevant software manufacturers (global vendors), business partners, suppliers, and legally authorized public institutions and private parties — domestically or abroad — within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, in order to complete licensing processes.

3. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically via contact/quote forms on our website (www.elmer.com.tr), email, phone, physical contracts, and support channels. Processing is based on the following legal grounds:

• Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,

• Fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligations,

• The data controller's legitimate interests, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

Where explicit consent is required, your approval will be separately requested.

4. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to our Company at any time to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• If so, request information about it,

• Learn the purposes and whether data is used in accordance with those purposes,

• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

• Request deletion or destruction,

• Submit other requests regarding your rights.
