ELMER YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE TİC. A.Ş. (“ELMER”) provides software licenses, subscriptions, digital products, and related software services. ELMER does not sell or distribute physical products or hardware.
Software licenses, license keys, subscriptions, and other digital products are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered, activated, registered, or used.
Customers are encouraged to review the product specifications, licensing terms, system requirements, and available trial or evaluation options before placing an order.
A cancellation request may be considered if the software license or digital product has not yet been delivered, activated, registered, or provisioned.
Cancellation requests should be submitted to ELMER as soon as possible after the order is placed. Approval of a cancellation is subject to the applicable terms of the software manufacturer or publisher.
ELMER is an authorized reseller and distributor of software products from various manufacturers and publishers. Certain software licenses and subscriptions are subject to the cancellation, refund, and licensing policies of the relevant manufacturer or publisher.
Where applicable, ELMER will follow the manufacturer’s or publisher’s policies regarding cancellations, refunds, license changes, and subscription termination.
If the manufacturer or publisher does not permit cancellation or refund, ELMER may not be able to provide a refund.
Subscription licenses may be cancelled for future renewal periods by notifying ELMER before the applicable renewal date.
Cancellation of a renewal does not normally terminate the current subscription period or entitle the customer to a refund for the remaining portion of an already active subscription, unless otherwise agreed or required by the applicable manufacturer’s policy or applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product, edition, license type, number of users, subscription period, and other order details are correct before placing an order.
Requests resulting from an incorrect product selection or incorrect license quantity will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the manufacturer’s approval.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method.
The timing of the refund may depend on the payment provider, bank, credit card company, or other financial institution involved in the transaction.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies that may apply to customers under applicable law.

ELMER will review the request and, where necessary, consult the relevant software manufacturer or publisher before making a final determination.
ELMER reserves the right to update this policy from time to time.
