Secure remote access, digital employee experience monitoring and endpoint management for IT teams of every size.
Visit websiteTeamViewer started in 2005 with software to connect to computers from anywhere, and became a standard for remote access and support. Today more than 640,000 customers, from small businesses to the world's largest enterprises, use TeamViewer to support desk-based and frontline workers. TeamViewer ONE brings remote access, AI automation, digital employee experience (DEX) monitoring and endpoint management into one platform, so IT teams can find and fix issues before they become tickets. TeamViewer Remote covers classic remote access and support licences, and TeamViewer Tensor offers a fully customisable enterprise licence. TeamViewer is headquartered in Göppingen, Germany, and is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Organisations can match the right licence to their number of technicians, devices and concurrent connections.
Common questions before choosing TeamViewer.
TeamViewer ONE is priced annually per managed endpoint, with a 100-endpoint minimum. It includes unlimited technician licences and channels, one unmanaged endpoint for every three managed endpoints, and volume discounts.
Standard combines remote access, device and system health monitoring, DEX Essentials and AI-powered session insights. Advanced adds single sign-on, remote access auditability, asset management and discovery, patch management for OS and third-party apps, and software deployment.
The Corporate licence includes 30 licensed users, 3 concurrent connection channels, unlimited endpoints for attended support, 500 managed devices, connection reporting and mass deployment. Extra channels can be added if your team needs more.
It comes down to how many technicians need to connect at the same time, how many devices you support, and whether you need mobile device support, SSO, mass deployment or integrations with tools such as Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow or Salesforce. We can run through a short discovery questionnaire with you.
All sessions use end-to-end AES 256-bit encryption, with two-factor authentication, role-based access control, session recording and SSO options, and no VPN is required.
Tensor is TeamViewer's fully customisable enterprise licence, with unlimited concurrent connections, conditional access, SSO and enterprise integrations, and user and device numbers set by contract.
